Return Process

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to maintain eligibility for a refund.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
